Hi guys,

had to go back to this piece -> [link] and change some things. Added some subtle flares, toned the colors down and went with a more "natural" color scheme.

Tell me, which of the two is your favorite?

I prefer this one, it's faintly more "aftermath" than the other one. I think it looks a little more realistic.

echt schön geworden. Die alte Version hat mir aber auch gefallen. Da kam die Hitze der Sonne irgendwie mehr rüber. :)

I like the old version, but this one is definitely an improvement, the softer colors work better here, I think.

I love the warm colors of the older version, however the softer colors on this one makes the details more visible. It was hard too choose but I vote for this one. Great work!

This one looks more realistic, tho the stones upfront look a wee bit irrealistic, 2-dimensional. Like bunch of poo spreaded across the screen. :O_o: Tho, I could be wrong, maybe it's supposed to look that way. Other than that, both versions have something fascinating about them. And qaz2008 is right. There is a need for reflections, maybe that would cast an appropriate shadow on the... stones. :giggle:

Take it from me, they're both nice but the first one should have more glows like this one and the second one should be less bright like the first one! Plus this sun is too bright and maybe you needed to go crazy with adding lens flare :)
